Sean O’Leary - Owner & General Contractor
Sean has over two decades of construction experience working as a lead carpenter, finish carpenter, foreman, and project manager before founding Red Fox Custom Carpentry with his wife, Maegen. Sean is an expert finish carpenter who excels at wood crafting and fine details, bringing beauty and functionality to every project. Sean’s favorite part of building is helping his clients make their homes a place of comfort and enjoyment. He was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and loves fishing with his daughters, cooking for family and friends, camping, skiing, and mowing the lawn.
Maegen McAuliffe O’Leary - Owner & Business Manager
Maegen is a creative business and communications manager who is passionate about the promotion of female leadership. She spent her childhood on construction job sites with her father, who owned and operated a general contracting business in Mason County for over 40 years. Maegen is dedicated to supporting small businesses and working families everywhere, including her own. She and Sean live in Thurston County with their two daughters and rescue dog, Clover.
