General Contractor Sean O'Leary has over two decades of construction experience in Thurston County as a lead carpenter, finish carpenter, foreman, and project manager, before founding Red Fox Custom Carpentry with his wife, Maegen. Sean is an expert finish carpenter who excels at woodcrafting and fine details, bringing beauty and functionality to every project. Sean’s favorite part of building is helping his clients make their homes a place of comfort and enjoyment. He was born and raised in Washington state and loves fishing with his daughters, cooking for family and friends, camping, skiing, and mowing the lawn.

Business Manager Maegen McAuliffe O'Leary was born and raised in western Washington and is a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia. She spent her childhood on construction sites with her father, who owned and operated a general contracting business in Mason County for over 40 years. Maegen worked in public communications and administrative management before starting Red Fox Custom Carpentry with her husband, Sean. She is a published author and founder of The Finished Project, a creative communications company. Maegen is passionate about female leadership and is dedicated to supporting small businesses and working families everywhere, including her own. She and Sean live in Thurston County with their two daughters and rescue dog, Clover.
